London, England Semester Program

The University of Hawaii at Manoa Study Abroad Center offers students the opportunity to spend a semester in London, England. Students attend Roehampton University, which offers a wide variety of courses in the areas of art, business, computer science, music, management, literature, film studies, journalism, history, media & culture, psychology, drama & theater, and sociology. The program is offered during the Fall and Spring semesters..

The resident directors for the 2009-2010 academic year are S. Shankar of the English Department (Fall 2010) and Gay Sibley of the English Department (Spring 2010).

A completed UHM Study Abroad Center semester application, $20 application fee, and three letters of recommendation must be received by the Study Abroad Center by the following dates in order to receive consideration. Non-UHM students must also submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.

Fall Semester: April 1

Spring Semester: October 15

Note: Students may apply for two semesters. However, continuation for the second semester is contingent upon successful completion of the first semester.
