Lille, France Summer Program

The study abroad program in Lille, France is offered in partnership with the Université Catholique de Lille (Lille Catholic University).  The program is designed specifically for Science and Engineering students and classes are taught in English.  Students will enroll in two courses for a total of six credits.  All UHM students will take one class from the UHM Faculty Resident Director and take another course from the faculty of Engineering at Lille Catholic University.

The program dates for summer 2010 are June 21 through July 16.

The Resident Director for this summer is Reza Ghorbani from the Mechanical Engineering Department in the College of Engineering.

Applications will be accepted until April 15th.

A completed UHM Study Abroad Center summer application, $20 application fee, and two letters of recommendation must be received by the Study Abroad Center by February 17 in order to receive consideration.  Non-UHM students must also submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.
