The UHM Study Abroad Program in Mendoza is hosted by Universidad Nacional de Cuyo (UNC) through the Facultad de Filosofía y Letras. UNC is a large, prestigious university within the federal education system of Argentina. Thus, students get specialized and individualized attention from faculty at UNC. In addition, students have the great opportunity to delve deeply into Argentinian life.

PROGRAM COORDINATION
The UHM Study Abroad program has a designated UHM Resident Director when appropriate. Classroom facilities, in-country language instruction, excursions, accommodations, student counseling and tutoring are provided by the host institution. All courses are taught at UNC by faculty who hold appropriate teaching credentials and are native speakers and specialists of Spanish language instruction.
