There are several housing options available:

1.  Family homestay

Students who live with Danish host families generally take morning and evening meals at home throughout their stay.  A major value of the homestay is that it provides students with the opportunity to closely interact with and learn from host country nationals.

2.  Kollegium

A kollegium is a European-style student residence hall.  Since European universities typically have no central campus, kollegiums, unlike American-type student dormitories, are located on the outskirts of the city.  In most cases, you will have your own room and bathroom and share a kitchen (including cleaning responsibilities) with other students.
